You can use EAs if you have developed them or personally purchased them, with some exceptions.
However, using EAs bought online and used by multiple traders simultaneously is prohibited. This type of activity is known as mirrored trading or copy trading, which can result in the same trades being taken on multiple accounts.
At LCT, we strive to diversify our risk by having traders employ different strategies. Therefore, using certain EAs is prohibited, such as Martin Gale, High-Frequency Trading, Ultra-Fast Scalping, Latency Arbitrage Trading, Any Tick Scalping Strategies, any Copy Trading of other person signals, any Reverse Arbitrage Trading, any Hedge Arbitrage Trading, and the use of any emulators.
Yes, we permit the hedging of positions. However, it is important to note that hedging does not necessarily reduce risk. Each open position still carries its own individual risk.
We value independent traders who can effectively manage our capital and generate consistent profits. Therefore, copy trading is only allowed if it is done from your personal trading account. You will need to provide evidence of this later on, such as a statement from your MT5 account that matches the trading account you manage for us.
It is important to demonstrate that the trades being made are done by you and not by others.
Immediate disqualification will occur if you exceed the maximum allowed loss specified in the terms and conditions of each of our funded trader programs (Classic, Standard, Portfolio Managers, and Direct Funding).
Using a stop loss is mandatory for all traders as it is proven that traders who don't use stop loss don't survive in trading. Therefore, you must place a stop loss on every trade inside the MT5 Terminal.
If this rule is not followed, our risk management system will flag the trades as violations, and any trades closed without a stop loss will not be counted towards the target and your 30 active trading days. Any profits made without using a stop loss would also be ineligible.

Both programs are similar once you pass and become a Portfolio Manager; the main difference is found in the evaluation rules.
Standard Funding Evaluation:
Maximum evaluation time = 6 months.
Profit target = 9%.
Maximum loss style = 5% absolute drawdown.
Active trading days = 30 days.
Classic Funding Evaluation:
Maximum evaluation time = 12 months.
Profit target = 7%.
Maximum loss style = 5% relative drawdown.
Active trading days = 30 days.
There is no limit on the number of evaluations you can have simultaneously.
For Portfolio Managers who have passed a Standard or Classic evaluation: You can have a maximum of 2 funded accounts at the same time
Yes, it is possible. If you have 2 funded accounts as a Portfolio Manager, you can request to merge them into one account. However, the balance must be positive when merging the accounts.
Withdrawals are only available once you have passed the evaluation. LCT will process the profit share payment of 50% of your profit target to the card you originally used to make the payment.
As a Portfolio Manager, you need to send an email requesting a withdrawal during the last 5 days of each calendar month. The email should include the following:
Your account number
The amount you wish to withdraw and the amount you wish to leave in your account.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, but allow up to 7 days for the withdrawal payment to be received.

At LCT, we want you to trade at your own pace without restrictions. Therefore, there are no minimum trading days or maximum time limits for reaching the 10% profit target on your Portfolio Manager account.
Once you achieve the 10% profit target, you should close all open positions and email ctisupport@londoncitytrading.com requesting a withdrawal and an account upgrade.
LCT will then pay you the profit share percentage according to your PM level and upgrade your account to the next PM level.
For the Classic Evaluation, we provide a full year to reach a 7% profit target. For the Standard Evaluation, we provide a generous 6 months to reach a 9% profit target. We believe this is more than enough time to pass the evaluations and reach the targets.
If you need to take a break, you can email funding@londoncitytrading.com before doing so to freeze your account for a maximum of 2 months.
As a Portfolio Manager, you can have a break from trading for up to 2 months without any action being taken. After that, your account will be frozen. LCT reserves the right to terminate the account if the trader is not trading the funded account for more than 2 months and does not notify us about taking a break from trading. We need to allocate the capital to active Portfolio Managers.
If you wish to continue trading after the break, please email us to unfreeze your account.

You will not be disqualified immediately for making an honest mistake. LCT is flexible and will not penalise you for genuine mistakes made with regard to the following rules:
Exceeding the maximum 1.5% stop loss risk per position.
Closing trades without a stop loss.
If any of these rules are violated, you will be given two warnings or notices, after which LCT will terminate the funded account on the third warning, given the trader's failure to adhere to LCT's risk management policies.
Also, any profits made while violating one of the rules above will not be counted towards the final target
No, it is not necessary. The evaluation period is up to 1 year for the Classic FTP and up to 6 months for the Standard FTP. However, suppose you meet all requirements before the maximum evaluation time limit. In that case, you will be immediately upgraded to a Portfolio Manager with a fully funded account, provided that you have met all other requirements.
Even if you reach the profit target early, we still require you to meet the 30 active trading days requirement to demonstrate that you are a responsible trader and to earn our trust in allocating a larger amount of our capital to you. Therefore, you should continue trading until you have reached both the profit target and the active trading days requirement.
If you have failed a Direct Funding account, we offer a 10% discount on your next Classic or Standard Evaluation purchase if your Direct Funding account was terminated. This discount is available at any time you decide to purchase a new Classic or Standard evaluation.

You can have a maximum of 2 Direct Funding accounts at one time. However, you must have achieved 10% on the first funded account and moved to the next level before starting a second Direct Funding account.
